lecture by Prof Shad over a topic that I can no longer recall I remembered as a
closing remark of the day’s lecture he repeated the oft referred to cautionary quote
on power: Power is like wine. It goes to the head. Or something to that effect
in that Indian twang of his.

and role of the YDPA (Yang DiPertuan Agong) in the government...

Bully
Baru-baru ini aku ada diminta untuk mewakili seorang pentadbir estet
si mati berkenaan dengan keengganan satu firma guaman untuk
melepaskan suratan hakmilik asal satu hartanah milik si mati. Cerita
pendeknya, sekitar tahun 2002 Si Penyewa yang merupakan kenalan si
